Ron Kaye is the founder and owner of Ron Kaye’s Music Instruction in Pensacola, Florida. Ron has over 45 years of drumming/percussion experience including directing percussion ensembles, private instruction, organizing world-wide and local competitions, public performance recitals, drum clinics, and more. Ron has a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida, and has been Teaching Professionally since 1997. He currently is an Educational Endorser ofProMark Drumsticks, and an Endorsing Artist for Sunlite Drums. Ron’s studio is currently providing private instruction in drums/percussion, piano, voice, guitar, bass guitar, and mandolin. He had written, arranged, produced, and performed on the CD Pursuing Excellence which has received rave reviews from musicians around the world, and his studio had helped hundreds of people discover and excel in music.
Joshua Kayehas been extensively trained and educated by Ron Kaye since the age of three. Joshua is a multiinstrumentalist and teacher like his Father and Mother and has over 15yrs. of musical training, performance and teaching experience. He currently has an Associates of Arts Dergree in Music Education from Pensacola Junior College - he graduated with a 3.7 G.P.A., received the honor “Magna Cum Laude,” received the “Theory Excellency Award” for scoring 1st in his class, he received the “Buddy Rich Big Swing Jazz Drummer Award,” a full Florida Academic Bright Futures Scholarship, Anthony Gaines Scholarship, John C. Pace Transfer Scholarship, and the University of West Florida Talent Scholarship, and the Academic Excellency Award. He was also Selected to the 2007-2008 All Academic Team in Music & the 2008-2009 All Academic Team in Music by the State of Florida’s Community College Activities Association.
Mrs.Kyle A. Kaye, B.M.E. , the area’s leading piano & voice instructor, has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Educationfrom James Madison University with a Major in Voice, Minors in Piano and Bassoon, and she has been a professional performing singer for most of her life. She is a State certified music teacher with over 16 yrs. teaching experience in the public school systems of America and has taught private instruction for over 9 yrs. With well over 40 yrs. of singing/ performing experience she has dedicated her life and talents to focusing on music education. Mrs. Kaye has extensive teaching and performing experience and is a gifted teacher of children and adults of all ages.
